The team here at Eighty:Twenty Pareto have started a Friday tradition of shutting up shop early on a Friday and heading down stairs for a few drinks and a catch up with everyone – kind of like a halfway house between work and the weekend; and we’re calling it Freezeframe Friday. We feel that today’s busy world can leave some people drifting out of work late on a Friday and all too quickly its Monday again. So the purpose of Freezeframe Friday is to give a definitive ending to the week, and give staff a chance to socialise and talk about something other than work – after all, we spend a lot of time with these people, and how many of can say that we REALLY know them?
